One thing I have always been drawn to in fitness is the lifestyle portion of it. So many times I see someone come to the gym a few days a week, get a great workout in... and that's it. No changes in their body, no changes in their mind. Fitness is not just a stop along the way in your busy schedule it is a complete lifestyle adjustment. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither were our bodies.

Through my fit lifestyle mentality I have helped transform numerous clients and brought back the "living" that they were missing every day.
